Licenses
A total of five license models are available for the data management software BIMQ. These differ in their scope of services and are specifically tailored to different customer requirements. The available license models are:

It is also possible to test the software free of charge. The demo license is available for 30 days and includes the full range of functions of a BIMQ license.
License model Free
The license model Free is intended for all customers who want to test BIMQ over a longer period of time. Basically, this is a free license that can be requested by any user without any specific requirements.
The license model Free is suitable for extensive testing of BIMQ functionalities and for the secure planning of requirement definitions. As this is a free license, no exports are permitted. However, it is possible to access the content of the publicly available catalog templates and migrate it to your own project. The license model is valid for exactly one year after activation and can be easily reapplied for after expiration. It is not possible to transfer the project to another license model.
License model Business
The license model Business is suitable for customers who want to get to know and use BIMQ with its full range of functions. Each license has a freely selectable user access (write rights) and the option to edit a project. The Business license is the lowest price level of the BIMQ license models, offers the full range of functions, but is limited in the number of user accesses and available projects.
License model Premium
The license Premium is the most popular and most widely used license model. Like the most affordable license “Business,” it gives users access to the full range of software features. The Premium license includes five freely selectable user accounts (with write access) and five projects. The license is suitable for users who want to establish a company standard and manage multiple BIM projects. Another advantage over the Business license is that this license model allows multiple people to actively work on the platform regardless of their location.
License model Enterprise
The license model Enterprise represents the next level up from the Premium license. The license includes 12 freely selectable user accounts (with write access) and 12 projects. This makes the Enterprise license suitable for users with increased requirements. The license includes the full range of functions and the option to host your own BIMQ server. In addition, the interface to the BIM-Portal is enabled for all Enterprise customers. This interface allows data to be uploaded from BIMQ to the BIM-Portal.
License model Unlimited
The license Unlimited is suitable for all users who are looking for a customized solution. This generally applies to users with high requirements and self-managed server structures. For further information, please feel free to contact us at bimq@aec3.de.
License model Education
AEC3 generally supports the free use of BIMQ data management software for research and teaching purposes. We provide research licenses, student licenses, and lecturer licenses for this purpose.
