Registrierung

All access data will be sent to you by email from our order department (bimq@aec3.de). The access data consists of:

  • Username ( E-Mail-Address)

  • Passwort Password (You will receive an automatically generated password, which you can change later via the menu item My Settings)

Organization Management

BIMQ offers the option of managing your own organization. Here, you can also add users and get an overview of all projects.

  1. Through My Organization, you have access to the company access administration.

  2. In the section Organisation, you can configure general settings for your company's access.

Adding of Users

Here, you also have the option of adding new users to your organization. In addition, you can specify who should be responsible for managing the company's access via the setting Organisation Manager. We recommend that you always assign only one person as administrator.

  1. First, assign the role of company access Organisation Manager or Staff Member.

  2. Next, enter the user's Name.

  3. Then enter the new user's E-Mail-Address.

  4. Now you can define the user's Work profile and responsibilities.

  5. Confirm all entries with the plus symbol and add the new user to your organization.

List of Projects

The project list allows you to view all projects in your organization. Here you can access general information and jump to the respective project with a single click.
